Cheshire, Family Home Altrincham, UK

The staircase was a key element of this renovation; we re-positioned the staircase creating a larger entrance hall.
We positioned the hob on the island to encourage a sociable way of cooking.
Within the large open plan family space we installed a combination of floor to ceiling aluminum windows and bi-fold doors which frame views of the garden.
Large bi-fold doors in both the kitchen and family space give a sense of light and openness to the whole space.
We combined timber, stone and powder coated metal to reflect the design choices we had made in the other rooms.
In the master en-suite we were able to include a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double vanity and bespoke recessed cabinetry.
We designed a bedroom, dressing room and en-suite in the loft, which included a separate shower and roll top bath for our client’s teenage daughter.
We selected a light colour scheme with accents of blue and coral tones.
